Overview
Motovexa does not use accounts, so there is no Motovexa account to delete. Everything you save — your garage, service records, fuel logs, tire and battery details, checklist progress and recent lookups — is stored only on your device, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Delete your data in the app
- Open Motovexa and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete all data.
- Confirm. Your garage, history, records, checklist and cached reports are erased from this device immediately.
You can also remove a single car (and its records) from its page: Garage → car → ⋯ → Remove from garage.
Other ways to remove data from your device
- Uninstall Motovexa. Removes all app data from the device and invalidates the app's notification token.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Motovexa → Storage → Clear storage.
- Phone backups: if Google or iCloud backup is on, older backups may still contain app data until they expire or you delete them in your Google or Apple account settings.
Data handled by Google services
- Advertising (AdMob): reset or delete your advertising ID (Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iPhone, turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”. Use Settings → Ad choices in Motovexa where shown.
- Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging): turn off “News & updates” in Settings or uninstall the app; the messaging token stops working.
- Google retains data under its own policies; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Ask us to delete information we hold
The only personal information we may hold is what you send us by email (and short-lived server logs). To have it deleted, email support@rizentechno.com with the subject “Motovexa data deletion request” from the address you used to contact us. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation, which we will explain.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
If accounts are added in the future
If a future version of Motovexa introduces accounts, it will include an in-app option to delete your account and its data, and this page will be updated before that version is released.
